Baramulla, Jul 31 : On occasion of Muharram, approx 2000 people from nearby areas of Mohura started the Muharram Procession from Chullan Village that passed through Dhanni Saidiyan, Dara Gultiyan and culminated at Gingle. The village heads and members of civil Adm requested the Army to assist in carrying out procession in a peaceful manner.
Zorawar Bn extended its support in terms of Security cover, assistance by making arrangements for lighting and provision of food and water for the needful.
The procession completed peacefully in a harmonious environment and the contribution of the Army was praised by all the locals.
