Various activities were conducted by the Eco-club of P.S.P.S.Gcw GandhiNagar under One week for Nation program.
In continuation to the extension lecture ‘Climate Change and Carbon trading”,Slogan writing competition’ on the topic ‘Reducing and managing the waste’ and Best out of Waste exhibition was held on 30th and 31ist August 2022 respectively.Jury members for Slogan writing competition were Prof. Kamlesh Slathia,Prof.Deepika Gupta and Prof.Anupama and students who bagged ist three prizes are Ms.Ambika,Ms Vaishali and Ms.Rachi .Best out of Waste exhibition cum competition was adjudged by Prof. Bindu Sharma,Prof.Mala Bhasin and Prof.Mohinder Pal. and students who won the competition were Ms.Tanisha Jain,Ms.Lakshita Sharma and Ms.Shruti Arora.
Valedictory function for the event was held today,in which Principal of the college Prof.Minu Mahajan applauded the Ecoclub for conducting such awareness programs and congratulated the winners and encouraged the students to inculcate the habit of reducing and reusing waste as much as possible to Save environment.
