Total 151 investigation officers from the whole country has been awarded with this medal.
He is the only Police officer from J&K and Ladakh who got conferred with this award.
Reportedly he has been awarded this medal for meticulous investigation done by him in Krishna Dhaba attack case in 2021. He had unearth the conspiracy to revive Muslim Janbaaz Force in Valley.
