“It is hereby ordered that, Accounts officer with the Deputy Commissioner at each District shall be part of the Concurrent Audit Teams’ for monitoring and implementation of languishing projects in each district in the Union Territory of J&K instead of Accounts Officer, Audit and Inspection.”
