In a noble gesture, a police officer of Jammu and Kashmir Police turned guitarist and singer to entertain the flock of passengers arrived at Jammu Tawi Railway Station.
Around 1,000 passengers including students arrived at Jammu Tawi Railway Station in Rajdhani Express from different parts of the country.
Deputy Superintendent of Police, Vikram Kumar, posted as SDPO Jammu East, this morning played a guitar and sang ”Gulabi Ankhein Jo Teri Dekhin, Sharabi Yeh Dil Ho Gaya”.
He became centre of attraction for the visitors and many later clicked selfie with the officer.
Some of the policemen, passengers and locals also captured him in their cell phones singing the track from “The Train” picturised on Rajesh Khanna and Nanda.
The video of the police officer also went viral on social media and received appreciations for his gesture of entertaining the visitors during lockdown in view of COVID-19.
