Kupwara 26 May : As part of its out reach initiatives and Perception Management Programmes Indian Army’s Kupwara Terriers conducted an interaction session for ESM and from remote area of Gulgam and adjoining villages on 26 May 23.
The interaction session was aimed to address grievances of ex-servicemen and resolve various pension anomalies and ameliorating day to day problems of the veterans. The objective was also to provide comprehensive resolution of grievances and make them aware about the latest benefits and welfare schemes.
The session saw a participation of about 40 ESM who are retired from Army and other para military forces. The lecture was delivered by the Company Commander from Indian Army’s Gulgam Company. During Interaction various queries on pending documentation were clarified.
All those Ex-servicemen who attended the event paid their gratitude towards Indian Army for conducting such an informative interaction session and hope for the same kind of events be inducted by Indian Army in future also.
