Kavinder, Ashok start development work of community hall at Ward 52

JAMMU, JAN 16: Giving a push to the development activities in consonance with the Govt’s commitment to ensure overall development of all areas, senior BJP leader and former Deputy Chief Minister, Kavinder Gupta along with BJP General Secretary (Organization), Ashok Koul started the construction work of community hall at Trikuta Nagar extension here today.
The work which was inaugurated in the presence of Neeraj Lucky Puri, Corporator and President Gandhi Nagar Mandal and Nitin Thappa, President Ward No: 52 besides others, is estimated to cost Rs. 35 lakh.
In his address on the occasion, Kavinder Gupta said that Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP) believes in ‘Sabka Saath, Sabka Vikaas’ as a result of which the party has been progressing by leaps and bounds with each passing day. He said that it is the ground performance of the party and its Govt at the Centre especially in terms of development that speaks for itself. He said the Govt is committed to overall development of every area and urged the people to ensure proactive participation by monitoring the works themselves. He also impressed upon the elected Corporators to display extraordinary alertness to ensure the overall development of their respective wards. He said the execution of work initiated today will be completed with no compromise on the quality so that people living in the area are benefitted. The Community Hall being spacious can be utilized by the public for holding various functions and programmes, he asserted. Kavinder Gupta assured that he will leave no stone unturned in the overall development of Gandhi Nagar constituency.
Ashok Koul, while speaking on the occasion said that the demand of the area will be fulfilled on completion of the Community Hall. He said that BJP has always worked for the all round advancement of Jammu Kashmir and all such works are aimed at the growth of all domains of society. He further added that the development is the mantra of the Modi Government’s slogan “Sabka Sath”, “Sabka Vikas”, “Sabka Vishwas” aur “Sabka Prayas”. He said that all the genuine demands of the people of the area will get fulfilled in a time-bound manner.
