Provide best infrastructure facilities to the residents of Gandhi Nagar constituency at their doorsteps, BJP senior leader Baldev Singh Billawaria visits Shankar Colony, Deep Nagar and other adjoining areas and took stock of the development related problems. People apprised Billawaria of the problems being faced due to the poor condition of the road. Billawaria listened the problems of the people patiently and on the spot directed the officers of the concerned departments to prepare the estimates immediately on priority basis and solve the problems of the inhabitant. He said that people should ensure their participation in every developmental activity and the people of the area should give their opinion regarding the development in the area so that the area becomes happy and there is no problem about development works. Billawaria said that along with political work, BJP is always conscious towards fulfilling social obligations and workers reach out to the needy people. Further, he said that BJP workers are trying to get pension for old people, widow abandonment and differently abled and other public welfare schemes. He said that the way the people of Jammu and Kashmir are accepting the BJP party, in coming days the BJP will be formed government in assembly elections of the Union Territory of Jammu and Kashmir. The local people also expressed their gratitude to Billawaria for the work already done by them. Local residents Inderjit Kaur, Som Nath, Subhash Singh, Om Prakash, Hardiyanath Kachru were also present on this occasion.
